The Brewery Tap

Welcome to our site, make yourself comfortable, grip that mouse gently and check out our news -there’s plenty to read so take your time.

We are Bradford's oldest live music venue found in Idle and are plodding the path on our way to being the premiere live music venue for tribute and unsigned bands. We have a capacity of 200, and do all genres of music from rock to blues to punk. as long as it is good. We are opened from 3pm Mon to Fri and 12 noon Sat & Sun. We have a new jukebox with over 2000 tracks, and a pool area. A great heated smoking area and beer garden with a video link coming soon so you can still see the bands whilst having a smoke and drink outside. In the summer we have a free BBQ so you can have a bite to eat and listen to the bands. If you are a band or a promoter and want to book gigs with us, please use our online contact form. Keep coming back to this page for updates as bands will be starting to play here at The Brewery Tap on Thursday nights as well as Sunday Afternoons, and the usual Friday and Saturday nights bringing you the best in local music. All entery is free unless stated, a door charge will be kept to a minimum but were are hoping to show case some of the best tribute bands around.

Idle Bike & Trike Club

The Brewery Tap is the home of the Idle Bike & Trike club, a group of lads and lasses who like to get off to rallies and events as much as they can you can usually find some of the members in the pub most nights and at weekends. They are a family club so kids are welcome as well pop in and have a chat even if you might just want to go off on a rally with them to see what they are all about.  

Biker Rock nights

 Biker rock nights is a new night here at The Brewery Tap always a top band playing from 9:30 with drink promo's. all we ask is that clubs attending leave any attitude at the door and just rock the night away. So keep your eyes peeled on the gig list to see when the events are taking place.

Children

The Brewery Tap is an eighteen plus venue. Children are welcome until 8pm if with an adult. Children of fourteen and upwards can come to shows if accompanied by their parent/s and with prior consent of the management, although no more than 2 fourteen plus per adult. And please if we do agree to let children of 14+ in do not buy them Beer/Lager/Alco pops it is against the law!! Under 18's can only drink soft drinks some people have abused this agreement and been asked to leave the premises DON'T SPOIL IT FOR OTHERS.

Please note: we only accept Passports or Photo Driving Licenses as acceptable proof of age. We do NOT accept any other form of age identification. We do NOT accept any national proof of age scheme cards. If you are lucky enough to look young, you will need I.D or you will be turned away at the door.
